Ishioka organic cedar leaf incense is made using traditional methods at the foot of Mt Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture.
The family-run business have been using traditional methods for over 100 years. They produce a highly fragrant incense stickthat has a refreshing feeling and a faint sweetness.
The only raw materials are cedar leaves and water drawn from a clear stream at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba. A pine wood waterwheel grinds the cedar leaves to produce the incense.
Each pack contains 5 bundles with about 365 incense sticks in total.
