Methods of Purchasing from GoodsFromJapan.com
GoodsFromJapan.com accepts all major credit cards utilizing Paypal or other secure systems (see below).
GoodsFromJapan.com can accept payment in USD [US$], GBP [UK£], JPY [Japanese Yen] and EUR [Euros] through PayPal's secure online payment systems.
GoodsFromJapan.com accepts payment by international postal money orders for all our goods made out in Japanese Yen (JPY). Please Please email our sales team for further details. GoodsFromJapan.com accepts payments by UK cheque, US bank checks (subject to a US$12 handling fee) and bank transfers to our Japan or UK bank accounts. GoodsFromJapan.com can also accept payment by international postal money order (subject to a US$12 handling fee).
Payment by US bank check will take approximately 10 days to two weeks to process. The client sends the check to GoodsFromJapan's Kyoto office. It will then be sent via express mail to the company's US bank. Clearance will take 3-4 business days. Once we have confirmed that the check has cleared, shipping will take place.
There is no contract between the company and a customer until GoodsFromJapan sends an e-mail confirming it has dispatched an order.
How To Make A Purchase
GoodsFromJapan.com delivers high-quality Japanese goods to your home or business by regular Japanese mail and express registered mail - EMS.
To purchase click on the 'Add to Cart' button. This will take you to check out. If you are now finished shopping and ready to purchase, please click on 'Check Out'.
Registered customers can now login. For new customers, you can either create an account or purchase without creating an account. You will need to enter accurately your shipping address and billing address.
The next step is choosing a shipping method: regular air mail or express EMS.
Finally, you can choose your payment method: Paypal, shop Pay or G pay. Click on the appropriate 'Confirm Payment' button.
A confirmation email will arrive notifying you of your purchase.

If you are not already a member of PayPal please fill in your credit card details with the address where your credit card is registered, a valid email address and enter a security code as prompted.
Both the customer and GoodsFromJapan.com receive email confirmation from PayPal or other payment services of the transaction.
Your order has now been received and your goods are processed for delivery. You will receive an email from GoodsFromJapan.com when your purchase has been dispatched (usually within 7 days of notification of payment).
There is no contract between the company and a customer until GoodsFromJapan, sends an e-mail confirming it has dispatched an order.
If you wish to have your goods shipped by Japanese express registered mail (EMS) for extra speed, protection and peace of mind please choose the EMS option.
